I’m Matt Smith, lead guitarist for the Christian metal band Saint and the founder of Elite Guitar School. I have spent years on stage, in studios, and in rehearsal rooms chasing great tone and tight rhythm. Now I teach players how to get there faster with clear steps and real world techniques that work.

My story

I grew up loving the guitar. Over time I moved from small rooms to big stages and learned what it takes to play with confidence under lights and cameras. With Saint I have toured, recorded, and worked with pros who expect precision every time. I bring that same standard to my students while keeping lessons relaxed and fun.

Teaching style

I keep it simple and practical. We set clear goals, build clean technique, and apply it to music you actually want to play. Every lesson ends with something you can use today. I am patient, positive, and straight to the point. If something is not working we fix it.
